Reliance Digital

   I had purchased a TV from Reliance digital couple of days back. I also had taken the extended warranty of additional 2 yrs apart from the complimentary 1 yr from the onida company.
   However when the TV had a break down, tried calling the Reliance digital. They guided me to the service centre nos. which were never answered. I then called back the Reliance digital retail centre. They sincerely took my contact no. & promised to get back to me within few min. However they never called me even after reminding them again. This is hopeless service from Reliance digital.

   I took additional warranty 2 yrs for all in one desktop a years back, i was told quick service will be given, now when the need arises they are not even responding telphone call. Now m realizing above was the way to make quick money. Really hopeless service from reliance digital.
